I was looking for a second home in FL and wanted to get it done as fast as possible. I am from NY so I needed a realtor that was knowledgeable, trustworthy and could get me through the process with the least amount of hassle. Keep in mind finding properties in FL can be very challenging at this time. My goal was to be in something by Christmas 2021. I started my search in October and closed on a condo on December 1st.
